World Book Day

Thank you for your support, your children looked amazing!

Also this month, we have had an exciting science week. Here are some pictures of the amazing learning which took place.

Remember this way back then.

Look at these photos of our Theatre Royal Trip in October last year.

Cooking with the Reception Class

We had fun cooking with the youngest children in our school and here are some of our achievements.

The Ancient House Museum

We had great fun when we visited the Ancient House on Thursday 7th February to learn more about Sikhism and the Maharajah Duleep Singh.

We learned that Sikh members of the Khalsa wear the five K's and this is the lady teaching us all about them.

One of us volunteered to have a turban tied.

Then we were taught about the British Empire and how to make chapattis (Indian flat bread).

After this, we met Lord Taylor who taught us all about the Maharajah and his life.

Finally, we were Victorian servants and handled some of the artefacts that the servants in the Maharajah's household would have used.
